I'm wondering...

...what life will be like a couple months from now? My future sounds so secure when I speak of it, but so cloudy when I think of it. I think my main concern rests in thoughts of my social life. Will my life consist of any of it at all? Or will I be so swamped with students, grading, lesson planning, credential business, and other things of the like that any sort of social life will be bullied out of the picture? Will I even have time for myself? Any time to work out? Being a 1st year teacher, teaching inner-city youth, all while working towards a credential is going to be brutal. I'm real hyped about it, but I'm also real hopeful it doesn't take up my entire life.
