I have this new fascination with skill acquisition, or at least skill refining. Less important are the material things available for the taking; the focus shifts on things practiced and learned. For while the physical deteriorates by the day and can be taken from you in an instant, your skills stay with you for a lifetime - regardless of where you are. They're able to be spread and shared too. If your mind can perceive it, your body can achieve it. And if you know what you want but you can't make it happen, you practice.
