A Beginning - First Day at an Orcutt School - First day in Mr. Cudworth's class. I'm happy because Jason, my only friend in the new school, shared that Mr. Cudworth likes sports. I like sports too. I'm sad, though, because Jason is in the other 5th grade class. Everyone seems to know each other. I sit quietly in my seat.

A Culmination - Middle School Graduation - Black caps and gowns. I wear gold and white tassels proudly. I feel victorious but still don't know what to do with my face when taking photos with friends. Did I gel my hair correctly? I don't want to show my teeth b/c my braces are a little embarrassing. Anyway, I'm ready for high school.
